Guanghua School of Management hosts senior foreign diplomats from 36 countries for an analysis of the "Two Sessions"
On March 19, senior diplomatic officials from 36 countries enrolled in the Executive Program for Senior Diplomats. The program opened with a lecture on the outlook of China's Economy following the just-concluded "Two Sessions," a key political event guiding the future direction of China's political and economic development.
Peking University's Guanghua School of Management Holds 2018 New York Forum Themed "Investing in a Better World"
On May 11, 2018, Peking University's Guanghua School of Management hosted its fifth annual New York Forum at the New York Public Library in Manhattan. This year's Forum, themed "Investing in a Better World," brought together leading academics from China and the US to discuss the roles each of these countries play in the global economy, as well as the impact technology being pioneered by the US and China is having on human progress and economic development. The event attracted 250 participants from academia, industry, and government.
In support of China's national Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Peking University announced its new Belt and Road Institute at a ceremony on Friday, April 20, 2018. The Institute will provide educational opportunities to future leaders in BRI-related countries, conduct research relevant to BRI projects, and serve as a platform for people-to-people exchange.
