Butler and Waldroop at Harvard Business School and is widely used in today's top business schools and the corporate world. It is a fully integrated approach to business career self-assessment built on the premise that one's interests, motivators and skills will drive their future career success and satisfaction.

You can email CDC at cdc@gsm.pku.edu.cn to ask for an account to log on CareerLeader website (http://www.careerleader.com/). You can take three separate assessments on your career interests, motivators, and skills online. After taking the assessments, you will get a report which you may want to print out and bring to CDC. This report will serve as an important reference when we provide career advice in your one-on-one career counseling session.

CareerLeader is a paid online assessment tool. For students who are interested in utilizing it in career planning process, please fill out the following information and send it to CDC at cdc@gsm.pku.edu.cn.

Please pay 150 RMB directly to CDC, located in Room 108 of #1 Guanghua Building. You will receive a confirmation E-mail with your CareerLeader account information. CDC suggests you to finish the online tests within two months after we set up your account.
